High demand requires high output: Improve cardiovascular and cardio respiratory endurance with intervals of high intensity workloads. Improvements in stamina and strength, power and speed, coordination and agility, balance and flexibility will be seen in all levels of participants.
Sessions run 8 weeks. Fitness testing on first and last day of session included
